LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – Police arrested a man after a drug bust at a traffic safety checkpoint.
At approximately 12:13 a.m. Sunday, officers say Bryan D. Winberry, 39, of Richmond, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in Laurel County. During the stop, a K-9 officer alerted to the scent of narcotics.
