AUSTIN, Texas — It’s not unusual to see cranes and construction sites scattered across Austin as the city continues to grow. A new study from RentCafe confirms that Austin is leading the nation within the top 20 U.S. cities for new apartment construction.
According to the report, more than 15,000 new apartment units have been built in Austin so far this year, placing the city at the top of the national rankings.
