BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A victim has died, and another person is injured following an apparent drive-by shooting in Baton Rouge Monday morning, September 1.
The shooting happened around 3 a.m. near the Smoothie King at the corner of Government St. at S. Foster Drive.
