ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police arrested a local man accused of killing two dogs over the weekend.
Police say Justin Leverette shot one of the dogs during an argument with his girlfriend’s two brothers inside a car. When Leverette’s own dog ran toward the car, police say he ran over the dog and drove away.
He faces a list of charges including aggravated assault and extreme cruelty to animals…
