Thousands lose power in NE Portland early Monday morning

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Over 15,000 people were without power in Northeast Portland on Monday morning, authorities said.

According to Pacific Power, 15,792 customers near the Concordia neighborhood lost power shortly after 3 a.m.
