SAN DIEGO — Nearly two months after the San Diego Police Department announced it would be cracking down on parking violations, including people living in their vehicles or parking overnight, some residents near Mission Bay argue that the situation has not improved.
The “crackdown” ahead of the July 4 holiday was in response to complaints from residents and visitors in areas like Mission Bay who feel there is a lack of enforcement of overnight parking rules.
