BEXAR COUNTY — A Bexar County Jail inmate was pronounced dead Monday after being found unresponsive on his bunk after a medical episode, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office says Dimitri Sandoval Lira, 38, was pronounced dead at 8:40 a.m. following a medical episode at the jail. Deputies found him unresponsive on his bunk and immediately called for medical assistance.
