BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. (WLOS) — UPDATE: The dog was found and is safely back with its owners, according to a 4 p.m. update from Broad River Fire and Rescue.
First responders in Black Mountain asked the public to help find a dog that ran away after the car it was riding in was involved in a crash on Tuesday morning.
