DORA, Ala. (WBRC) – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office say a man and a woman were found dead from a murder-suicide in Dora on Sept. 1 around 11:41 p.m.
Deputies responded to a report of two people shot in the 3500 block of White Road. They found the bodies of a 51-year-old woman and 55-year-old Elton James Barks who has been identified as the suspect.
