FORT MILL, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — As of September 1, South Carolina law enforcement will enforce stricter cell phone laws for drivers.
Drivers can no longer have their phone in their hand or lap for any reason while driving. That means no more answering calls unless using Bluetooth and no holding the phone to look at the GPS.
