KALAMAZOO, MI ― A federal lawsuit over a stink from unhealthy pollution in the air has been dismissed after the parties involved reached an agreement, court records state.
Former Kalamazoo resident Brandi Crawford-Johnson and other residents filed the lawsuit on Sept. 1, 2020, alleging dust and industrial odor from Graphic Packaging International (GPI) invaded their homes, diminishing property values.
