HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – One lane is blocked after a crash on Highway 501 in Horry County.
Authorities responded around 7:15 a.m. to the stretch of highway near Singleton Ridge Road in Conway to the crash, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
