Escambia County sheriff reports record fentanyl seizures with help of $75K in state grants

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Escambia County Sheriff Chip Simmons says this past year has broken records for taking fentanyl off the streets.

The governor’s office is now touting the success of its “S.A.F.E.” — short for State Assistance for Fentanyl Education.
