New York schools ban cell phones and Brighton students see fewer distractions

BRIGHTON, N.Y. – New York students are back in the classroom with a new rule in place.

Starting this year, New York schools have banned electronics like phones, tablets and smartwatches in the classroom. Students shared mostly positive experiences with the change.
