Charges dismissed against man accused of DUI in teen’s death

EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — Charges have been dismissed against Oscar Solis, a 55-year-old man accused of driving drunk and killing a teen last year, El Paso County District Attorney James Montoya confirmed Tuesday.

The incident occurred in February of last year when Solis was accused of driving under the influence and causing a crash that killed 17-year-old Miguel Angel Romero, a Horizon High School student, on Darrington Road in Horizon City.
