WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. — A multi-vehicle crash caused heavy backups on Route 22 in the Lehigh Valley on Wednesday morning.
Several vehicles were involved in the wreck just after 6 a.m. on Route 22 East at the Route 145/MacArthur Road exit in Whitehall Township.
There was a large emergency response to the scene and heavy delays were reported in both directions.
