ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — The next step in the multi-year plan to ‘Reimagine 787’ begins Wednesday, with repairs to the roadways connecting Empire State Plaza to Interstate 787, expected to affect thousands of drivers. The Eastbound lanes will be reduced from two lanes to just one, while Routes 9 and 20 will remain open on a temporary roadway.
