The city of Ypsilanti and the Ypsilanti Police Department launched an investigation following a physical altercation caught on video at The Beer Cooler on North Washington Street.
In a written news statement from Sept. 2, 2025, city officials said a report on the incident would be sent to the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s office. The statement did not include any information on whether arrests have been made or if charges have been filed or recommended.
