ANN ARBOR, MI — The fight for the right to celebrate psychedelic plants and shrooms on the University of Michigan campus is headed to a new court.
During an emergency hearing in Washtenaw County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Sept. 3, Judge Tracy Van den Bergh decided she didn’t have jurisdiction over the matter and ruled the case must be transferred to the state’s Court of Claims.
