Wichita police arrest 16-year-old in connection with one of three Labor Day homicides

Wichita police arrested a teenage boy Tuesday on suspicion of felony murder tied to a shooting in north Wichita that killed 20-year-old Sebastian Williams and wounded another 20-year-old, according to a news release from the Wichita Police Department.

Police continue to search for a second person in the shooting near 21st and Arkansas, the release said.

Police did not identify the 16-year-old who was arrested or explain his alleged role in the shooting. He was booked into the Sedgwick County Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center on suspicion of felony murder…
