WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI – A crash that shut down both east and westbound directions of I-94 through Ann Arbor for four hours Tuesday involved multiple vehicles, a motorboat and a load of sparkling grape juice.
Rescue crews responded about 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, to eastbound I-94 at the Jackson Avenue exit ramp for a multi-vehicle crash, according to the Michigan State Police.
