CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Two teenagers were arrested on Tuesday and now face murder charges after Charlotte police said they killed another teen in northeast Charlotte last month.
Charlotte Mecklenburg police said 16-year-old Tyshaun Stokes was killed in a drive-by-shooting on Lambeth Drive near North Tryon Street on August 17.
