UPDATE (8:54 p.m.): WKRG News 5 has learned more information about the police standoff after speaking with the next-door neighbor, who claims she called 911.
Moments before Linda Cazalas called the police, she heard her neighbor call out her name and told her, “to call the police” and “that he was going to kill them all.”
