ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An 18-year-old from Gates is facing charges after Rochester Police say he broke into multiple cars at the Armory on Culver Road back in May.
Police say on May 25, they found three cars with broken windows, and found out the suspect was driving a stolen Kia.
