It appears a new restaurant may be in the works at the former Big Whiskey’s location in downtown Little Rock. However, if signs outside the restaurant are to be believed, the proposed fare sounds anything but appetizing.
Coming soon, the signs declare, is Allan’s Microwaved Catfish & Boiled Okra Southern Delicatessen.
Yuck. To put to rest the concerns of anyone feeling the slimy texture of boiled okra in their mouths as they read this, the signs appear to be a joke. After all, what self-respecting restaurant would admit to serving microwaved catfish to guests?…
