CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A mother accused of bringing weapons to Palisades High School on the first day of class is telling her side of the story.
Regina Mungin and her husband, Miquel Williams, said their son is a junior at the school in southwest Charlotte. Mungin said she and her husband went to Palisades on the first day of school, concerned about the shooting that took place a week prior.
