The 38th annual Trail of Tears Pow Wow is planned on Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7, at the Trail of Tears Commemorative Park, 1730 E. Ninth St.
The pow wow features dance and drum contests and numerous cultural performances, including flute-playing, storytelling and sacred songs.
