GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Gainesville city commissioners are set to vote on transferring 30 acres of property to GRACE Marketplace for $1.
The resolution, set for discussion at Thursday night’s meeting, explains that the city spends significant resources to maintain the facility, and the transfer of the property will allow the facilities department to shift resources to the maintenance needs of other city properties.
