Felon arrested on slew of drug and theft charges: MPD

MEMPHIS, Tenn. –The Memphis Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit arrested a 39-year-old convicted felon in possession of drugs, guns and a stolen vehicle August 29.

Timothy Dannell Hobson was charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivering, and selling cocaine, two counts of manufacturing, delivering, and selling fentanyl, two counts of manufacturing, delivering, and selling marijuana, possession of meth, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property of $10,000 to $60,000, theft of property of $2,500 or less, five counts of a convicted felon in possession and possession of Alprazolam (an anxiety medication).

Hobson is being held on a $380,000 bond and is expected to appear in court Thursday morning at 9 a.m…
