COLUMBIA, S.C. — Richland County officials are asking residents to share their thoughts as they finalize long-term plans for growth and development across the area.
It’s part of the county’s final phase of “Reimagine Richland,” the 10-year update to its comprehensive plan , a document that helps guide land use, zoning and development decisions.
