HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – The charges against a former interim Warrick County Health Department administrator have been dismissed.
Marlin Weisheit was charged with conversion, official misconduct and forgery after Indiana State Police accused him of requesting and accepting over $9,000 in Health Department funds without approval.
