LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The LMPD is seeking help identifying a man captured on security cameras in connection with a non-fatal shooting on Aug. 26 in the 1500 block of Congress St.
The shooting injured a man and prompted a nearby JCPS school to cancel a soccer game.
Police say the suspect has a noticeable gap in his teeth and a neck tattoo that may help the public identify him. No arrests have been made…
