LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A University of Louisville student was arrested on Monday after reportedly trying to kidnap an employee while armed with a large kitchen knife.
According to an arrest citation, just after 7:30 a.m., the employee was chased into the University Tower Apartments after she was forcefully grabbed by 20-year-old Thomas Hood.

University police said the woman called dispatch to the apartment complex after locking herself in the basement. In the citation, the police noted that Hood continued to try and force his way in.
At the scene, the police said they found Hood with a large kitchen knife hidden in his pants…
