Pensacola drug trafficker pleads guilty to gun, drug charges: DOJ

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pensacola drug trafficker has pleaded guilty to gun and drug charges, according to the Department of Justice.

A DOJ news release said 31-year-old Terrance Josiah Fasold pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The release said law enforcement officers found Fasold at the Red Roof Inn in Pensacola while they were investigating him about a stolen gun.

When officers arrived at Red Roof Inn, Fasold fled and “discarded a bag containing more than 40 grams of fentanyl,” according to the release…
