Gallagher’s Pumpkins & Christmas Trees is one of St. Pete’s best fall experiences

One of Tampa Bay’s most beloved family traditions returns this fall as Gallagher’s Pumpkins & Christmas Trees officially reopens Monday, Sept. 22, 2025. Located at 7401 4th St. N. in St. Pete, the iconic pumpkin patch and holiday destination will welcome families seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

For more than 30 years, Gallagher’s has been a go-to spot for celebrating the season. Founded by a St. Pete family and now operated by second-generation owners David and Ciera Gallagher, the patch has grown into one of the area’s top destinations for fall and holiday fun.

This year brings even more to enjoy. Visitors can look forward to festive photo opportunities, locally sourced pies, sweet treats like snow cones, and seasonal surprises for all ages. To help manage crowds, Gallagher’s now requires reservations for professional photoshoots in designated areas. Families and individuals taking their own photos can still do so freely, while professional photographers must book a slot in advance.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Gallagher’s without pumpkins. Prices range from $2 to $75 depending on size and color, making it easy to find the perfect pick. Beyond pumpkins, Gallagher’s will feature a petting zoo, bounce house, food trucks, and more—creating a full day of fun for kids and adults alike.

A local tradition for more than 30 years

David and Ciera, both St. Pete natives, continue to grow Gallagher’s into a community hub while staying true to its roots. Generations of families return year after year, making Gallagher’s one of the best family-friendly activities in Tampa Bay each fall…
