ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The 2025 New Mexico State Fair is now open for 10 full days of rides, food, entertainment, 4-H competitions and much more.
Some of the new food coming to the fair include a new pizza and wings vendor, a specialty mac and cheese shop, a fried bologna stand and Dubai chocolate. Of course, there will be plenty of green chile items on menus all over the fair. There will also be another fair favorite.
