EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A shelter-in-place order that impacted a neighborhood southeast of the Colorado Springs Airport has since been lifted.
The alert went into effect at 3:57 p.m. for a quarter mile around the 3800 block of Chia Drive, near Marksheffel and Drennan Road.
