COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) confirmed on Thursday that dead pets intended for cremation have been found in a Colorado Springs storage unit.
CSPD said officers received a report, saying they smelled what they thought was a dead body in a storage unit next to theirs.
