North Salt Lake doesn’t rule out legal challenge over new homeless campus

NORTH SALT LAKE, Utah (KUTV) — The city of North Salt Lake said it has compassion for the homeless and wants to work with the state on solutions for the unsheltered.

On Thursday, however, the city manager would not rule out a legal challenge over the selected site for a new 1,300-bed campus for the homeless.

“That would be a decision made by our elected officials,” said Ken Leetham, city manager. “I can’t rule that out.”…
