Washoe County Regional Animal Services is asking for help finding a suspect in an ongoing animal cruelty investigation.
The case involves an incident that happened on Wednesday, September 3, on Nichols Boulevard in Sparks, and involves a black, long-haired Chihuahua/Spaniel mix named Prince, according to a release from WCRAS.
