SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane motorcyclist has been charged with vehicular homicide following a deadly crash on North Division Street.
According to a Spokane Police Department affidavit, 27-year-old Dallas Casey Rogers was involved in a crash that killed a man on Aug. 24.
Court docs said that the crash occurred shortly before 9 p.m. at North Division Street and East Cleveland Avenue. Police and firefighters responded to a motorcycle-versus-pedestrian collision and found the victim lying in the northbound lane with life-threatening injuries.
