U.S. CBP Officer charged for Terroristic Threatening in Kapolei

KAPOLEI, Hawaii (Island News) – The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) charged a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBP) for Terroristic Threatening following an incident that occurred in Kapolei on Monday morning.

42-year-old Jim Beauvais was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree after it was reported he had allegedly threatened to shoot a woman during a verbal argument.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.

Beauvais bail was set for $50,000…
