What began in 1973, when my parents purchased a small 60-site property, grew into a lifelong journey that has shaped not only our family but the thousands of families who camped with us. In the 1980s, my husband, Gary, and I took over the reins, and by 1997, we expanded to 370 sites across 180 wooded acres.
