RICHMOND, Va. — A man is dead after an argument led to a shooting in South Richmond’s Manchester neighborhood Thursday evening, according to Crime Insider sources.
According to sources, an argument broke out at 10th and Hull Street near the Manchester General District Court. Shots rang out around 7:05 p.m. A man with a life-threatening gunshot wound was taken in an ambulance to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.
