A juvenile pleaded guilty to manslaughter Wednesday in the shooting death of Kansas City restaurant owner Shaun Brady, a Jackson County court spokesperson said.
The teen pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter during a hearing Wednesday in the juvenile Family Court Division of Jackson County Circuit Court, according to Scott Lauck, a spokesman for the 16th Judicial District.
Voluntary manslaughter is a class B felony. The juvenile, identified in court by his initials K.H., has now had his case adjudicated within the juvenile justice system and there are no further hearings on the case, Lauck said…
