SAN ANTONIO – Animal Care Services is investigating a dog bite incident that sent a delivery driver to the hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
The attack happened in the 600 block of East Thompson Place near Zarzamora when a 26-year-old delivery driver was bitten on both hands and the chest by a German Shepherd mix.
