ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s goodbye to an abandoned building on east Central Ave. that the city said has been a magnet for crime and there’s hope that the land will add to the momentum of new development in the area.
“We want to be using state land to help communities solve their challenges,” said Stephanie Garcia Richard, (D) New Mexico State Land Commissioner.
