ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The City of Albuquerque is making plans to clean up the city for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta as it’s just a month away.
Fiesta Fanatics is happening Sept. 27, a week before Balloon Fiesta. Volunteers will meet at Balloon Fiesta Park at 9 a.m., and get T-shirts, gloves, trash bags and grabbers to use as they clean. It’s all in an effort to make the city look beautiful for the biggest event of the year…
