Man sentenced in auto shop murder
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 51-year-old Indianapolis man was sentenced Friday to 65 years in prison for the 2023 murder of a 47-year-old man.
Sunny Gilbert, 47, died after a shooting about 1 p.m. Aug. 19, 2023, at Wale’s Audio, an auto shop which provides gear for vehicles, near the intersection of Hillside Avenue and East 38th Street. That’s just west of North Keystone Avenue.
