Georgia man arrested for auto burglary near Buc-ee’s in Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. (WTVM) – A man is behind bars in Lee County on charges connected to an auto burglary.

51-year-old Christopher Michael McCullum of Sugar Hill, Georgia was charged with unlawful breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and theft of property third degree.

His arrest stems from an auto burglary report Auburn police received on Aug. 5. According to authorities, the victim stated that the day before the suspect entered a vehicle parked near the 2500 block of Buc-ee’s Boulevard and stole property from the vehicle…
